Looking back to 2021!

How was your year? A silly question to ask 🙂 Obviously it would have been amazing by God’s grace!

What were the new habits that you develop in the year? I developed a few and also shut them off too, starting from Youtubing to food prayer to reading to writing affirmation to exercising and many more. But they were on and off, not consistent like writing.

It is important to prioritize things that I really want to develop and work upon them. For this I need to let off go certain things and that’s the most troublesome part. As a human being, I don’t want to say no to things. But it’s time to say yes to the right thing and no to the rest.

My priority will be my health so I will develop the habit of exercing, of quality sleeping, of food prayer, of medidation and of chewing. The things have been that I take up too many things and end up doing nothing. Therefore, I will take up limited things and focus on developing them. I will start with sleep and exercise.

Second priority is learning or upskilling. It contains speaking, reading books, watching insightful videos, doing courses, and many more things to implement. From this I will pick up reading books and speaking.

So again, if I see the trend, I am picking up too many things on my plate. What will be the only one thing I seriously want to pick up? Leave everything else behind. It will be speaking. That’s it. I will improve my speaking. Wow that’s a great resolution. Speaking is a charm, and it is required everywhere.

Happy New Year 2022!
