There is a T&C applied. If you miss a single day in the middle to execute the habit, you won’t receive any further help until you join the next cohort*. Why so harsh? Our cunning brain is reluctant to change and look for excuses. But if we make our smart device, brain, focus on figuring out a way to get things done, we can surely have the way. Think different!
