Most of us pray to Lord Sun. We all know the power of the Sun. It is the power house of energy. Even we get most of our Vitamin D naturally through sunlight. We are tapping into solar power, through the sun rays. But how much do we know about the energy of the king of dark sky. Have your ever thought about the power of moonlight?

Without moonlight the fruits and vegetables that we consume can’t be succulent. Further researchers has found that there are plants which grow more in less light. Moonshine is just a reflection of sunlight. It too contains the vital Vitamin D and other traits of sunlight just in smaller quantity.
Moon is a symbol of calmness and silence whereas Sun is of fire and energy. Observing the Moon or exposure to moonlight helps us to soothe and cool excess heat, anger and imbalances from the body’s system. It has been used in curing the disease of hypertension, migraines, rashes and more.
Like sunbath, moonbath is rare. Moreover, during the night we close the doors and windows, sitting in the artificial light. We are losing on the power of moonlight. We can’t keep the doors or windows open for the sake of insects. Is there a way we can leverage the energy of moonlight?
Think, your brain has all the answer. There is always a way out there. We can keep a transparent bottle of water after sunset in our balcony. Like plants, some rays of moonlight will be falling into that water. Water has the power to absorb that energy, just the way it can absorb sunlight. On consuming that bottle of water, we will be imbibing some of the benefits. It’s good to have something than nothing.
Hope you give it a shot in the new week. Filling your life with more calmness and jovial mood!
