Do you hate if your friends don’t call?

I used to hate it if my friends didn’t call. However, I don’t bother with it any longer. I know they are busy with their work and are always there for me if I need them. They don’t need to check on me. They have their own problems to deal with.

It took me a long time to learn this and make peace with it. Also, should you stop calling friends who don’t call you? Again, that’s a big no. You want to talk, simply pick up the phone and call. Your friend will be happy too. If the very friend is ignoring you then you can stop calling that a different thing. But I think you can call even if your friend doesn’t call you.

Why doesn’t my friend call me? I don’t know. It’s better if you ask him or her directly. Misunderstanding doesn’t kill a friendship, but no communication does.
