I learned a couple of new things today. First, vegetable is better for health than fruits. I don’t know why, but that’s what the research suggests to us. Secondly, the natural sugar in the fruit is a lot healthier than the refined sugar in beverages or chocolates.
We humans mostly crave for sugar and it’s because to store energy in the body. In general, I like fruit more than vegetables because of the sweetness. However, there are people who like vegetables more. Will I decrease my fruit intake? Definitely a strong NO. But I will significantly increase my veggies intake.
The natural sugar rarely has any side effects. People assume that fruits lead to diabetes. I strongly doubt that. People have cancer even without smoking. It is more because of the environment and the lifestyle. But you should definitely increase the veggie and fruit intake!
