DRHP

I read around 100 pages of DRHP of KIMS today. I need to read more on that and increase my speed. I need to measure how much time I am allocating and the return that I am getting. Most importantly, I can dedicate more time to it in the morning. Plus, I don’t know how much time it should ideally take. I will get better with each episode. Also, I need to lookout for context switching activity after lunch and in between. I can study for 8 hours a day and cover 100 pages. By taking effective breaks, I can increase my efficiency and be more productive because of that.

While reading the RHP I got actually scary about health more. The more I read about the non-communicable disease or the health style disease. I want to live long and for that I need to keep myself healthy and stay young. For that, I need to have a different lifestyle from the existing one. The existing one won’t help much in the long run. It is actually a slow cancer for me. When it comes to health, only trust yourself. You need to make your own choice. I need to stick to my basics. I will work on my personal healthcare.
