It’s not correct to read another’s email. It’s cheating. It’s like attacking the privacy. However, it got me thinking how does a machine treat me when it knows everything about me? Take for instance Google. It knows almost everything I do in my smart device and internet. However, it still cannot make all the predictions accurately. However, it makes many decisions correctly as well.
Should a machine may know so much about me? Data is a unique tool only if used wisely. It also catches people when they are lying though. It hurts as well. People move on when they are in a new network. Virtual is tough until it is forceful. If you are not bound to do things virtually, you will be happy to do it virtually.
But yes, I did the wrong thing. I must have ideally respected the privacy of the person. I will respect going forward. It didn’t feel to me wrong because I let the know the other person that the emails are getting forwarded. Still, I must have informed again a bit sooner maybe and have avoided peeking in others life. I will be careful next time. Because I too wouldn’t have liked if someone peeked into my life.
