Habit on Sleep & Waking

I took my challenge of sleeping timely and waking up timely. It was going smoothly but boom there were some changes in my daily life and I lost the track. Now I need to revisit the habit and align it accordingly. The best things out of the schedule were sleeping timely, and it helped a lot in the meaningful ways to sleep time. So I need to religiously follow the routine starting today. There will be such circumstance again in life and I may be compelled to sleep late. How do I avoid that?

Staying true to yourself and measuring it every single day until and unless it becomes an integral part of my life, as the saying goes, what gets measured gets managed. Measuring every day will remind me what’s important for me. I must have acted the next day and could have come up with a better alternative to solve the challenge at hand. Isn’t it a burden to track? Yes, it is, but for improvement, I need to do that. Everything is not bread and butter.

Secondly, it is easy to get started but I don’t have the will or the driving force to continue it. I know the benefit then what’s stopping me from executing it. Knowing and doing the right thing are two different things. I like to stay on the bed and relax. I have to wake up to work on my goals. That’s it and mornings are the best time to work on your goals.
