Mountain Pose | Tadasana

Continuing to reflect on the yoga pose on Thursday with Yoga. Today we are discussing the mother of all asanas, Tada sana, which helps us to improve our posture. One will learn to stand tall naturally. After practicing it regularly, you notice that the back pain will start to melt. If you don’t have an appropriate sitting posture, you will likely have a back pain. Nextly, it is one of the best asanas to improve our balances.

If you are yet to enter your teenage and want to increase your height. It is the best pose for you and will pull up your height naturally by few inches. It provides the strength to ankle, knees, and thighs. Turning your lower limbs stronger. Moreover, it reduces the flat fleet. It also makes the spine flexible as we discussed last week on the benefits of the spine flexibility, turning us wiser.

It is an easy pose to do and won’t take much time to execute i.e. less than 2 minutes. Try out the pose tomorrow.
