Curious to know how’s sleep health is. You might wonder why to focus on sleep. Shouldn’t we be concentrating on getting things done instead of sleep? Is sleep so important?

You spend nearly one third of your life sleeping. So you know how much precious sleep is. Getting a quality sleep can cure a lot of your disease. But without a quality sleep, it might hamper your every body part. Just as in chewing we the see the impact in long not in short term. Therefore, we neglect it.

We neglect our physical exercise similarly. What are the fundamental reasons for all these negligences? There is one thing I can think of. It is because we value instant gratitude more than anything else. That’s how we are. Do you think there is any other reason for it?
