The time we take to fall asleep is known as sleep latency. If the sleep latency is too low or too high, it’s not good for our health. A latency between ten to twenty minutes is the best for the adult. It means my sleeping routine is going great. I just need to go to bed by 10:45 p.m. then I can fall asleep before 11 p.m.
If you are having tough time to get asleep after going to bed, you need to focus on leaving the mobile screen an hour before going to bed. Next, you can practice breathing techniques. It calms the brain and makes us feel comfortable. If the brain is occupied, then it will be difficult to get a good sleep. Do more things that induce sleep, like a warm bath or massaging the feet with oil.
