Sleep Week

I am finally about to complete the first week of sleeping timely. Looking back, the best thing that worked out for me was scheduling the power off of the smartphone at 10 p.m.. Generally after lying down on the bed I stay awake for ten to fifteen minutes. If I start scrolling in those ten minutes boom, the time will be converted to an hour. Eventually I will be late for my actual sleep.

Since I was without smartphone so I ensured to invest my time in something else. That’s why I worked on the sleep routine. After 10 O’clock I do my routine tasks and went to bed with no hurdles. It was not easy on the first day, but it got easier with every day.

Moving forward I will ensure to get sleep quickly just after lying on the bed. I need to understand more about where I am lacking. Then I can improve my sleeping skills and can become more efficient at sleeping.
