Do you really focus on your sleep? As the saying goes, the things expand on which you focus. Before last week I wanted to improve my sleep just as I want to be super healthy without chewing properly. Once you pay attention closely, you learn why things are not working out and can figure out a solution accordingly. Without concentrating, it is difficult to improve anything, including sleep.
We have a limited focus span in a day and it’s possible to increase as well as decrease the focus span. Therefore, it is necessary to pay heed in limited tasks at a time instead of taking too much on your plate. It is difficult to pick the right thing in the first instant, but with iteration you can improve. Recently, I choose to focus on sleeping for the entire week. Sleep is the most essential element of a healthy body. If we don’t have a proper sleep, our body doesn’t function properly in the long run. We may tolerate it successfully in the short run, but in the long run, it is horrible. You can find people who can stay only on water for eight to fifteen days in a row, but can you find people who don’t sleep eight to ten days, even three days in a row?
Just to remind you, everyone has different sleep nature. You can reduce your sleep hours too, but you will be short on time!
