A Sleep Community

Working alone on a goal takes in more effort than working along with a community. In a cohort, you have a group of people you know are facing a similar issue and can discuss the challenges with them and brainstorm a solution. However, the major challenge is to keep the community active, as people may not want to converse with strangers.

By conversing with a group helps us to know different perspectives which come handy in solving the challenges. Though I am still sleeping timely but it doesn’t mean I am not facing any challenges. I proactively switched off my smartphone so that I don’t spend any time on scrolling any feeds. However, still at times I fall asleep only after staying awake for a brief time on bed.

A group working on the same goals keeps us focused and also on tough days it comes handy when we direly need inspiration. Therefore, a community is a good thing to have. Staying self motivated for a longer duration is a challenge in itself.
