Night Routine

Two days back, I started this journey of sleeping timely. In that I talked about a night routine. The reason behind the routine was to give my brain a signal to start preparing for sleep. Because I used to stay awake for long time on the bed even after going to bed timely. So I included a few things in the routine which induce sleep like skin care, writing gratitude, staying away from mobile and more.

The first day was tough, but after that the process become easier. It looks tough only from outside. By sleeping timely, I end my day on a winning note. Sleeping timely is a luxury. If you think you don’t have sufficient time, I will suggest that you read about Bezos’s daily routine. A person at such a high position can take out eight hours to sleep, then why not us? Or can you fellow Modi’s philosophy too, but you need to identify what works for your body.

The tough thing is to say no consciously. Because if you want to prioritize sleep, there will be other things you are going to decline, which is tough and so you are happy to sacrifice sleep. However, once you get started, the transition is way easier than you can think of.

I was wondering how about converting this entire experience into a small hundred 99 pager book full of actionable items. Let me know what you think!
