Do you focus on sleeping early?

Many people want to wake up early but rarely anyone wants to sleep early. They don’t want to change their habit. Sleeping early is actually tough, but we want a miracle to reduce our sleep and eventually wake up early. Therefore, many people focus on looking for ways to reduce sleep hours and not sleeping timely. Even I didn’t want to sleep early, but eventually I learnt I need to go to bed timely.

Let’s bring our focus to the weekdays. We have office work so there is an automatic push to wake up early than on weekends, but do we sleep late than usual? If you have a flight at a 6 am, do you still sleep early or simply choose to stay awake? Choosing to sleep early is difficult.
