Why do Google advertise on TV?

Google has been a king in the internet advertising. Then why Google needs to advertise on TV. It is clever than we can think of. The entire world is not yet online. There are 6.37 billions of smartphone users and there are still over 1.5 billions of users without smartphone. That’s where google is targeting through its advertising campaign. Even looking at multiple Google ads, my grandma asked me what is Google and how does it solve everyone’s problems? Also, when you see something repeatedly, your mind memorizes it unconsciously.

The advertisement also helps Google to keep a clean image on the user’s mind. Do you think Google of a monopoly? It is a monopoly in the search space but still we don’t consider it day in day out. Moreover, Google is becoming so smarter that you don’t have to go to the link to search for the answers. It pops up the information for on the search result. Indirectly it is a loss for the websites as they are having relatively less traffic.

Anyways the tech giants have been ruling the TV ads these days!
