The above ones seem the most sought skills. If you have a vision and you can create a structure behind your vision and share with audience effectively you are way ahead in the race. It’s tricky no one is talking about it. But observe any successful guy you will see this three skills in common or maybe at least a combo of this skills in the team of founders.
How do we develop this skills?
First knowing the importance of having them in our swiss army toolkit will make it easier for us to improve those skills. Moreover it is easier to develop the skill than the mindset.
