Calendar Experiment – II

I spoke with three people today about the idea I discussed yesterday here. They helped me observe challenges in my approach. The LunchClub is more of socializing platform and things happen on easy clicks. The idea may not work easily for socializing. It will work more for a focused group.

Suppose you are looking for a peer to practice some mock interviews for a product manager. So you can simply go over there and practice mock interviews with people who are too interested in practicing the interviews.

Apart from product managers, who more can we help in connecting to practice mock interviews. Maybe engineers, data scientist, management consultant and more. Let’s gather more data on some of the job roles and also see if there are any solution that already exist in the market. If not, we create one as simple as that. If yes, let’s note what they are lacking.

There is one more gap. The number of meetings that one can create over google calendar is limited too. Let’s test out the idea to see if people are really interested but not now after a couple of weeks maybe or early next year. At present we will focusing more on the petition.

The lesson is one needs to prioritize things efficiently because you have limited time and you may not see tomorrow’s sunrise! I must be more patient, not just simply get excited. That’s it for the day!
