Is waking up in morning getting tougher?

I am having tough time to wake up by sunrise these days. I used to think it’s because I am sleeping late. So let’s sleep early and get up early, problem solved!

Ideally, it should have solved the problem. However, theory and reality don’t go hand in hand. It is tough to sleep early and wake up early too. It feels so great to be in bed in the morning. Plus sleeping late is cool too, isn’t it?

How does one wake up by sunrise then?

You might say I am missing on motivation. That’s not the case, as I have read a lot of articles and listened to videos on the benefits of getting up early. Still no results. The primary reason is something else. It is a lack of continuous effort.

If I take action daily specifically to wake up by sunrise just for 30 days or say just 7 days. There will be a vast improvement. Again, it is a hypothesis we don’t know until we test it out. Let’s name this project DC (daily check) and see how it turns out just for next seven days.
