While cooking food we often put edible oil, ghee, spices, masalas and more. However, many of us don’t add the most critical food element.
Wondering what’s that?
It’s words
Yeah you read it right words. They are the missing elements in food. To be precise the affirmative words.
Like other items we add words unknowingly to our food while cooking. That’s why it is very important for the chef to knowingly add the flavor of words. That’s why same dish tastes different on different days with identical quantity of other items.
Next time while you are cooking remember to add the most significant flavor to your dish.
Simply add the flavor of happiness, gratitude, and laugh on one item and sadness, anger and fear on your favorite dish and feel the difference.
Just as you add salt or sugar you can add the magical teaspoon of words too to turn your simple food to delicious one.
It might sound a funny thing to do.
But simply experiment a little with it and feel the difference. It might be difficult to add the flavor three times a day. We might even forget since it’s not an essential item currently to turn the food into delicious one.
Simply do it for just 7 days only on breakfast. Add the flavor of smile or laugh or whatever you want and feel the difference.
If you like it continue to do it 🙂
