Most of the employees don’t use the special benefits provided by the employer.
But why?
Even Google faces this challenge.
It is tough to get people to act.
It’s a challenging behavioral question.
Probably a trillion-dollar question what specific criteria make people take action.
In most cases an ulterior self-purpose to change the identity works.
I was a terrible writer and did never bother about it.
But something drastic happened which aspired me to change my behavior and got me to develop the habit of writing.
But we mostly can’t wait for such unusual scenarios after all prevention is better than cure.
How do we change beforehand?
