What were two days back?
It was Yoga day. So what?
Many of us make resolutions on such days just like in the new year to do yoga every day. In fact, many of us did yoga on yoga day, didn’t we?
But we are rarely able to proceed. They are just commitments in the diaries or the posts.
We are not being consistent. Having all the information and awareness many are unable to perform the asanas. People just give up on the next day and are back to normal mode.
Just knowing the benefits of yoga or doing it just for a day won’t build stamina. However, we still leave it behind until the next yoga day or the day we land on hospitals.
Humans focus on things mostly when urgency is created. Just to remind you the right time to learn to swim is not while drowning.
I earnestly request you to do yoga daily. You might be thinking well it’s not probable for me…
What if I say it’s easy and doable to build consistency. Further, we need to be healthier more than ever before during this pandemic era.
