Productivity is an interesting concept. Every now and then people look to improve their productivity so that they can get more done in lesser hours.

Human has the tendency not to rest. More work makes you more tired.
Many of us have the mindset that we are losing hours or wasting time by resting. Are we really?

How does productivity really increase?
Mostly it increases when you are focused. A focus needs a good amount of energy and for that, you need good health.
How do you have good health? When you invest your time in healthy habits.
But the dilemma people often have is that they will be left with fewer hours if they invest in healthy habits. That’s definitely true.
However, we miss out on the other side of the story that the productivity level will shot up. Eventually, you are better off since you are in good shape and able to get more done in few hours.
It won’t happen in a day or a week. It will surely take time. Good things take time :p Ironically in the fast-moving world, we want things to happen instantly.
Nevertheless, the way we are we will still devote our time to work more instead of sharpening productivity by adopting healthy habits.
