Mostly when we travel our habits are impacted. Moreover, when we move from one location to another we face challenges to continue older habits since we lose the previous flow suddenly. In fact, it’s a great opportunity to begin fresh and break the previous chains.
How can we continue the habit smoothly while traveling?
First of all, on a usual day, we kept on doing habits one after another. However, while traveling we aren’t doing most of the usual activities. Being aware of this will give you an upper hand in controlling the habit. Thereafter if the habit is doable during the travel, get it done at the earliest and devote way less time than a usual day. It is just to keep the boat floating. You don’t have to score a hundred every single day. Life is a test match where we keep playing with soft hands.
Sometimes we can’t continue even while traveling. Then we may need to proactively devote a few minutes before we begin the journey or after reaching the destination. It is easier said than done.
Without challenges, life won’t be fun too. As we grow up, the challenges continue to grow too. Just being aware solves most of the problems. Rest utilize your primary smart device, brain, to come up with a solution.
