Think once what you do. Maybe you pray to God or use your mobile or observe the surroundings or something else. Read below my observation as to what we do but still request to think once before you proceed.
After opening our eyes, we check the time on the mobile device or on the watch. Post that we utilize our brain to come to a quick decision if we can sleep more. If there is any slight chance to sleep more we just go to bed. This might be simple statement and there might be nothing new. But knowing and experiencing is different. I experienced it this morning. Before that I wasn’t even aware I was unconsciously going back to bed after checking the timing. Even if we don’t have the watch we look at the surrounding to gauge the timing so that we can go back to bed.
Making the mindset of coming out of bed is the first uncomfortable task we do, when we are awake. Who does like to come out of the bed? Similarly, who likes to come out of the comfort zones. None of us. Till we reach the tipping point we continue to sleep. Brain is so sharp that it makes these weird calculation in a microsecond. Most of us want to go back to sleep. It happens with us everyday. We need to start everyday with a win by winning over the non comfortable zones.
When you get up tomorrow just validate the above statements maybe my observation is wrong and you can come up with something more interesting. Observing the minute things of life make the life more beautiful. The more we are aware about ourselves and our actions, the more enjoyable the life is 😀
