Whenever we get stuck in a problem, we start to panic or fear what will happen next, or why it is happening with me. It happens to most of us and we tend to think of negative outcomes. It is due to our habit of being getting in the loop to think about the problem and it’s negative outcomes. Life is a habit game, isn’t it?
By worrying on the problem it leads us to nowhere even we get more stressed and anxiety. Let’s look for another perspective what about facing the problem and actively thinking about the solution. Okay I am stuck here. How can I move to the next stage positively instead of thinking why am I stuck here. We need to give the mind an end goal. When it has a goal it works better, without a goal it keeps wandering here and there randomly :D. Sit ideally for just 10 minutes and you can see the magic or just do for 2 minutes. It will be really a fun experiment 😉
How do we change our existing habit?
It won’t change just like this or without putting any efforts. We need to be a tortoise here. Slow and steady always wins the race. By taking small baby steps. The first step will be to keep reminding oneself to change this habit to start pondering. Next is to use more of the word “How”. Stuck somewhere think about what actually you want at the end and how you can reach there from the existing position. There is everything impossible on this planet until someone did it (:
