Low’s to High’s

I stopped sharing the article links in between for many days. Because I felt like the articles aren’t of good quality. I was simply writing to let the habit to continue. That’s when one of my friends pointed out that’s how we turn an amazing habit to burden. We start to dislike the habit as we aren’t enjoying it and finally give up the habit. If the brain is not enjoying or not getting something out of the activity it will be reluctant to continue to do the habit in the long run. It’s important to enjoy the habit.

What do I mean by enjoy?

Enjoy as in to seek pleasure, without pleasure the dopamine, feel good hormone, won’t be released. Without that we won’t be satisfied. But we shouldn’t jump into the loop of the craving for pleasure. There is nothing wrong in seeking pleasure while performing the activity. Without pleasure and focus it’s tough to continue for long term, not possible though :D. Pleasure can come from evil stuff too. We need to choose from our conscience what kind of pleasure do we need.

I used to be satiated while I wrote but I lost it somewhere in between. Now I am having that feeling back. It’s more of a mindset and the way we perceive things. Additionally, there is nothing permanent in this world. You are gonna have bad days at some point. That’s what make us enjoy the good days.

A low leads to a new high. Tesla is a great example on this context. We must avoid being passive and focus more on how to utilise more of our brain for our own betterment. The more we use our brain, the better we become on using it. It’s just another smart device. Smarter than the one in your hand right now πŸ˜›
