Significance

When things really matters to us we put on our full efforts to make that happen. The focus automatically flows there. The real question is what really matters to us. Does your health really matter to you?

You might wondering what a dumb question. It is obvious the health really matter to us. Without being healthy it will be difficult in the long run. However still, we rarely put any efforts to improve our health. Back to the question is being healthy really important to you? Actually it may not be. Yeah hard to accept. But if it were important to you, you might have been putting on efforts to improve the health.

Let’s go one more step. Why is health unimportant to us? Maybe we are taking it for granted. The brain has the tendency to focus on the things after losing them. After being hospitalised or even one visit to doctor change our mood drastically and make us health conscious at least temporarily.

The tipping question how can we actually make our health really important to us? Probably it is a billion dollar question. As most of us rarely look after our health consciously. How can people be made self aware about their own health? Simply using the smart watches or bands won’t help.

Affirmation is one of the way. Keep reminding the brain every single day that health is really important and we need to enjoy the efforts we are putting every day.
