Depersonalise

As we all know it is easy for us to advise others and not oneself. One of the figured out ways to advise oneself is to depersonalise the problem. We get attached emotionally from the problem. When we are personally attached, we just keep thinking of the problem not of the solution. As a result of it we start looking for the answer outside of us instead of inside.

Everything is figure out able on this planet. We just need the will to figure out the answer. At times we just get stuck in the problem instead of the solution.

It’s even easy to say and hard to implement. Whatever we talk, the real game lies in making the action easier. How do we make the action easier? By simply taking baby steps. Just investing 2 minutes on that activity or simply pondering over the solution. The baby steps must be consistent too. How do we make it consistent now?

There lies the rule of discipline. We just have to repeat by hook or crook. Repetition is hard. If it will be easy, everyone might be high achiever. But we have to simply move forward with that. Discipline needs to be developed with time. Reading more about discipline will surely help in forming the habit.
