Vibes

Human beings are good in remembering what they feel or how people make them feel. They aren’t good in remembering the words but they remember exactly how they felt. Our mind is a magnet. Vibes are energies either positive or negative. Our mind is comfortable with the positive ones. That’s why the mind easily associates with the people or brand who radiates the positivity.

When mind feels good, it wants to redo those activities or have that product again and again, that’s what social media and messenger apps leverage. We feel good when we scroll through the feed or exchange some messages. Unknowingly, we create the loop and later the mind starts craving for it just as we crave for sugar and we enter the infinite cycle.

We become a loyal customer for a product only after we associate positively with the product. For instance, considering the write ups as a product, if you weren’t gaining anything positively you wouldn’t have visiting it on 312th day of this writing journey. Similarly, you might associate with your loving brands like Apple, Google or others. On similar lines, you tend to develop friendship with like minded people or the one who radiates positive vibes. If you doubt that, just envision your closed friends.

Wondering how can you create such a vibe? After all who doesn’t want to be a charismatic person. How do you increase the level of positivity? I don’t have a ballpark answer to that. I came across few things that work for me like a charm, sharing those accordingly. Firstly and the most important one, the kind of information diet we consume. Check before you consume. Secondly, what kind of breathe do we have, just check now is it shallow or deep? When we have shallow breathing we release stress hormone that’s why we feel relaxed when we practice deep breathing. Lastly, how often do you smile? Do you need to watch Kapil Sharma’s video just to laugh? Just to remind you, you don’t need anything to smile and it doesn’t cost you a penny too. You are free to smile 🙂 Freebies are the most precious ones at the end.
