Recently, I have been reading about different job profiles. The thing I noticed in most of them is that where there is high learning curve there is no personal time and where there is personal time the learning curve is low. As humans, we don’t like what we have and keep craving outside. Mostly people want is high learning curve along with personal time. The third element is the passion. If we really like doing that.
Usually we miss out on such balance in life. We end up devoting more time on one thing. Life is about learning to balance out the thing. In the high learning curve, there may be ample personal time ahead or maybe one sharpens the mind to such a level that the work is being completed rapidly. In the high personal time, one can utilise to learn to more to enrich the learning curve. There is always a way out there but our brain keep coming up with infinite excuses. That’s the power of our wonderful smart device. Brain follows the thoughts. Let’s see one interesting excuse below.
It might be easy to write but hard to execute. Additionally, actions speak louder than words. Whom can we observe from action perspective? Not Modi this time, since he his highly devoted to serve the country. It is rare to find such a person. Most of the people sitting on the hot seat rarely have time for the family, including Buffet. I am able to recall only two persons who have been able to put that into action. One is Bill Campbell and the other one is Sandeep Maheshwari. The common trait between them is that they didn’t/don’t hanker after money. They were/are completely devoted to learning and spending time with the loved ones.
Balancing is an amazing trait to have and the most ignored one by us. We care only when we need. To quote Lauren London, “You better love the people God loaned you, because one day God’s going to want them back.” But it doesn’t mean we need to spend the time only with people, it needs the balancing. We need to practice the balancing muscles.
