Becoming capable

Mostly we wish for things like I want to be a billionaire or may be a businessman like Ambani. But do we wish to make ourselves capable at the same time. We rarely do that. We are focused on the output not on the process. Process takes a long time may be a couple of decades. It requires persistence.

But in this click bait world we need things instantly. Did you ever plan to become success after a decade? Rarely someone does that. Winning takes time. It may take multiple decades. Do you know when was the first presidential nominee of Joe Biden, the 46th President of the United States of America? Frankly, I too didn’t know. It was in 1988 more than 30 years back.

There are 2 kinds of people on this earth: first who can achieve things at a faster pace and the other ones at a slower pace. Just to remind you slow and steady always wins the race. Someone sitting next to you might be achieving things at a faster pace than you. It may even bother you that why things aren’t going same for you. In short that’s life. That’s the way it is. God doesn’t give everything to a single living being. If you have ever noticed a peacock closely. It’s such a beauty except for the legs. Similarly, there are other known/unknown attributes where you are way ahead.

Complaining won’t help. Accepting things the way they are will surely help. It will make life a lot easier and easy going down the lane. It all boil downs to one priorities.
