Keep doing!!!

What happens when we give the on the going habit cycle a break? It becomes difficult to continue mostly. We have to again start from streak one. Our body hasn’t adopted it on autopilot just like our breathe. We rarely focus on it but on the background it keeps running. Most of our other habits hasn’t reached to that level. We have to put on conscious efforts. The brain doesn’t like to put on conscious effort on the same task over a period.

We have to remind ourselves every single day to focus on the task at hand. Though when we start doing the task we may lose track of time since we are passionate about the task.

It might be hard to restart but that’s the right thing to do. You change the environment or the mindset so that the process become easier. Due to some critical conditions it might not be possible to maintain the streak, that’s completely understandable but when we don’t resume after we are back to normal impacts our behaviour heavily. We get looped into the instant gratification zone. However, we can come out and walk ahead. It will surely take some will and courage to initiate but you will back to your routine.

Tracking manually is not easily doable in this digital world where everything is getting automated or done by robots. But keeping track of the simple things will make the life smooth and easy.
