What is the right time to have breakfast?

At what time do you take the meal in the morning? Did you ever consider if that’s the right time?

We remain dehydrated and do interim fasting between last night dinner and today’s breakfast. Probably there is a gap of 10 hour or may be more, depending on your sleep cycle. Our body is low in energy by the time we wake up. It carves for nutritious food.

The right time to have breakfast is within 2 hours after we wake up. In case you do yoga or go for jogging. Having fruits before the workout session will be a good option as the car cannot cover much distance without gas.

We must ideally intake some eatable items like fruits, dry fruits and more, within 30 minutes after we wake up as it the appropriate time for our body’s metabolism. It reenergizes us.

What happens when we don’t take the meal at time?

The changes are so subtle that the effects are hard to identify in short term. However, if you let this habit continue, you will start to develop some bodily problems like gastric, headache, stomachache and more. Further the hormones are too not released at the right time due to delay in our breakfast.

We have built this habit over such a long period of time. It may not be easy to break the existing chain and maintain the new one for the rest of life. Taking the baby steps surely help. First is to prepare before we sleep. You can execute this starting today. What do you want to consume after you wake up? The answer won’t be enough. You will need to take the actions so that by the time you leave the bed the eatables are in front of you. The cue triggers when we see, and rest will happen unconsciously.

Knowing the little things from the daily life will make the life more colorful and brighter.
