
Couple of days back we discussed how much water to consume, but we missed to discuss what’s the right way to consume water? Did you ever wonder if you are consuming water the right way? Did we ever question the way we drink is correct or not?
Probably not, we see everyone around us drinking water in a similar fashion. The children learns the best from observation. When they observe their elders and parents drinking water. They assumed the procedure to be correct. This process runs for a long span of time and we end up training ourselves to drink water in that fashion. It has become automated for us. We can talk, walk or scroll Instagram while drinking.
Let’s talk about the right way to drink. The right way to drink is taking sip by sip. Just the way we consume hot tea or milk. Most of you might know this already. Now comes the difficult part is about changing the habit. When we build a new habit, we have to put on a conscious effort. While dirnking sip by sip, we can’t reply to a Whatsapp ping at that time. Additionally, the habit is not fun doing too initially. Therefore, we rarely change our habit. What can we do? Taking a baby step as usual.
Only concentrating on taking first glass of water during the day by the right way or may be just half of first glass for a month. Rest you will start observing the difference over a couple of month. How much power only one glass of water has. A glass of water is approximately 250 ml. 250*30 = 7500ml. 7500 ml of water consumed the right way is really a great start instead of 0 ml in a month.
