Double Century!!!

Finally the day is here. We reached a small milestone. If we look back to our first article, it all started for just a week and turned out to be a 200 day journey. Had, I have found it challenging or unwilling to continue may be I haven’t reached this milestone. When I look back to connect the dots as to what made me continue to write.

It is the willingness of clarity and learning. I was able to learn new thing about myself and various other topics. It has been more months I have been using my mobile in grey screen. Without taking this journey, may be I would have not ever known about it. Black and white screen makes life more colorful. Over 2 months, I have doing this passive exercise, but I missed it twice. I have been practicing laughing therapy since months now and since last month I have started to include at least one family member, whenever I practice it in the morning. In the initial days, I remember, I was not even able to do a fake laugh properly but now I have come a long way. It lights up the mood. The writing helped me to draw the attention on oneself. In the information age, data is cheap but attention is expensive. In day to day life, we forget to pay attention to oneself.

The power of questioning is really wonderful. The initial questions may be annoying ones but as you progress you have better insights and interesting question starts to follow. We can make compounding either our friend or enemy. Choice lies in our hands at the end of the day. Keep questioning until you have the clarity.

I have written over 60,000 words. The number is astonishing. But I never aimed to write 60,000 words or 200 articles. It was just to enjoy the process of writing. When we fix on a number, we are clueless of what to do next after reaching the goal. The idea is explained beautifully in the book Atomic Habit. I am glad that I wrote about Jainism and about our primary festival “Paryushana Parv”. Hope you liked that series!
