Endurance means the ability to resist, withstand, recover from, and have immunity to trauma, wounds, or fatigue. It defines one capability of suffering pain patiently.

We like things when we do them for the first time such as playing cricket or solving a puzzle. However, when one is asked to do the same repetitively, then we get stuck after a period of time. One may enjoy doing something for a week or a month. But hard work comes into play when we diligently put effort to play everyday to improve the game. One must be passionate about the game and is willing to improve.

Failure and Success lies on the same route. The station of failure comes early and multiple times in different flavors. The destination station always comes at the end, that where success is. More important for us to enjoy the journey instead of focusing only on reaching the end goal. We must learn from failure to create multiple different flavor of success by creating baby goals.

How do one increase the enduring capability?

The simple answer is through practice. The next question you might be wondering about is what can I practice in my day to day life? Take a walk out from your comfort zone regularly. We grow more when we handle things more than we are capable of.
