The above picture doesn’t match the one you had in mind. Since, we envision the name ‘Modi’ with our honorable Prime Minister. That’s our human nature. We associate words with images with the speed of light.
Back to the topic, knowing more about Modi. He is an indispensable part of the every big move made by India’s most valued company. There is no designated CEO at RIL, but if there were to be one, Manoj Modi would be the man. He is Ambani’s fast friend from the Engineering days.
Like India’s second richest person, R K Damani, Manoj doesn’t make any public appearance. He rarely appears for any interview. Just a few knows him. He has got a reputation for hard negotiator. He is one of the key personnel behind the recent mega deals of Jio. Couple of years back, when Jio was acquiring the startups, Manoj was leading from the front in the negotiation table.

Manoj Harjivandas Modi has been with Reliance since 1980’s when the late Dhirubhai Ambani was building the oil to petrochemical business empire.
There are many hidden gems in India. We know a little about them, since they don’t make any public appearances. Working from the backdoor, even not allowing their success to make the noise at some instance.
When it comes to RIL or JIO, we mostly think of Mr Ambani,a sole person cannot create such a huge empire. There will be hard work of army of executives. But we devote all the success to Ambani, that’s a human nature.
