You might be thinking isn’t Jio the actual name. JIO is an acronym for JOINT IMPLEMENTATION OPPORTUNITIES.

• What was the full name of the telecom arm of Reliance?

Isn’t it Jio or may be Reliance Jio. You are partly correct, the full is Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited. In October 2019, The Reliance’s digital arm along with the telecom arm has been merged and named as Jio Platforms.

• Name one company apart from Jio which has Google, Fb and Microsoft as strategic partner. Any one will do.

• When was Reliance Jio founded?

Was it in september 2016. After all Jio began its service then. However, Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited was registered on February 15 2007. It’s more than a decade old company.
