We are rarely aware about the things we are consciously do. We love the things to go on auto pilot mode, where we don’t have to put on even a drop of effort or bear a minute pain. Though, I haven’t come across a successful person who hasn’t grown through the struggle. We need to pay attention to our thought process to determine what actually is running through our brain. Though is a medium to connect to inner world. Without speaking we connect to other person, similarly without thinking we can’t connect to our inner version.
Are you aware of the breathing?
We inhale and exhale round the clock but how many times are we aware of inhaling or exhaling. However, you can we aware right now when you are inhaling or exhaling. Being aware just 5 minutes a day about your breathe will increase your aware a lot in the long run.
Are you aware of the time?
We feel sometimes the time is going at a rapid pace and sometimes very slowly, seconds feel like hours and hours like days. However time is smoothly moving at the same speed since the beginning of the time.
