Day 100:) Connecting the Dots

We have completed hundred days of the write ups. The first article was a silly one. The journey started just for seven days. However, I become more interested and continued it for longer period. Starting small helped me to rise on the ladder step by step.

The articles are mostly short and crispy. As per researchers our attention span is just 8 seconds. I too don’t want to read longer articles. So, how can I anticipate the same from my audience.

How do I get the ideas for topics?

Many of my readers asked me if someone is suggesting me the topics to write on. Yeah, the brain suggests me. I have been training my brain to provide me the ideas. With time, the qualities improve, after all compounding is here to help us. I do google search to read about the topics I want to learn. I verify my learning by putting them in words. Explaining them in the articles help me to validate my understandings. Writing is the best way to learn.

Why did I continue to write?

To put in Charlie’s word, “Spend each day trying to be a little wiser than you were when you woke up. Day by day, and at the end of the day-if you live long enough-like most people, you will get out of life what you deserve”.

The habit of writing has helped me build the confidence in myself. I learnt new things daily. For instance, I didn’t know that grey screen reduces our screen time. I experimented myself with it. The usage of mobile as well as laptop decreases drastically. The power of color is immense. It is distracting too.

When I reflect to the past hundred days, it is difficult to believe that I continued to write every single day. If someone has asked me to do at the beginning. My straight answer would have been NO.

To quote Nelson Mandela, “It always seems impossible until it’s done.”

If you too wanted to start something, you still can. You have all the time now until it is too late. Cherish every moment of life. You have only one life to live. Otherwise, you may end up regretting on death bed. You still have the time.

Taking action is always hard. Speaking is way easier than it.

Hope you enjoyed the hundred days of journey with me and made your life a more lovely and happier one.
